“Field of Flags”

I wrote “Field Of Flags” with my songwriting buddy Jack White to honor those who served, gave their lives to protect the freedoms we enjoy today. My grandad, my dad and brother George served their country in times of conflict. When I see pictures of them in full uniform, makes me so proud.

My goal was to have “Field Of Flags” ready to celebrate this Memorial Day, the year of our country’s 250th Anniversary.

The song track was produced by good friend Jared Easter, featuring Billy Blue Records Recording Artist Dave Adkins on lead vocals. Dave was a featured vocalist on my last two Gospel releases “Gonna Sing, Gonna Shout” and “Blue Collar Gospel”.

It is my hope that “Field Of Flags” is a fitting tribute to those brave souls who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country.

The song is available to radio programmers at GetItPlayed as well as AirPlay Direct. Offering free downloads to anyone interested at my music website: www.ricklangmusic.com
